Our story

We started because we couldn't find what we needed.

Cratio Software was founded in Chennai in 2011. The first few years were spent building general-purpose CRM — we were good at it, but something felt off.

In 2013, working closely with real estate brokers and education institutes across India, we hit the same wall every time. Leads came from IndiaMART, JustDial, and 99acres. Calls happened on SIM cards, not VoIP. Follow-ups happened on WhatsApp. None of the CRMs we evaluated — Indian or global — handled any of this natively.

So we stopped adapting foreign tools and built one from the ground up, for Indian sales reality. Today, 1,000+ companies use Cratio to capture every lead, track every call, and close deals on WhatsApp — without stitching three tools together.
