Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cratio operates on a subscription model. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request them. It applies to all subscriptions purchased directly on cratio.com.
1. Quarterly and Annual Plans — 7-Day Refund Window
If you subscribe to a quarterly or annual plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from your payment date.
Conditions
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date
- If onboarding sessions, training, or implementation services have been partially or fully delivered by Cratio, the cost of those delivered services will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument via Razorpay
- GST already remitted to the government is excluded from the refund and cannot be returned
2. Monthly Plans — No Refund
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No exceptions apply, regardless of usage or circumstances.
3. Activation and Use
The refund window is based on the payment date only. Activating your account — defined as importing contacts, making calls, sending WhatsApp messages, or inviting team members — does not affect your 7-day refund eligibility for quarterly or annual plans.
4. Onboarding and Setup Fees
If Cratio has delivered onboarding, training, or implementation services, the fee for those delivered services is non-refundable — including within the 7-day window — to the extent those services have been completed.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying sales@cratio.com at least 15 days before your renewal date. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained for 30 days after the period ends, then permanently deleted.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window:
- Email support@cratio.com with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Company Name]
- Include your account email, payment date, and reason for the request
- Cratio will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment instrument only
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
