WhatsApp drip sequences

Set up multi-step WhatsApp follow-up sequences triggered by lead stage, source, or inactivity. Runs automatically — no manual sending. Configure delay, message template, and opt-out handling from the sequence builder.

Lead assignment rules by geography

Auto-assign incoming leads from IndiaMART, 99acres, Facebook Lead Ads, and other sources to the right rep based on city or pin code. Configure rules under Settings → Lead Assignment.

Automatic follow-up tasks are created when a lead moves into a specific pipeline stage. Telecallers get reminded without managers manually intervening — configure per-stage defaults under Pipeline Settings.

Save common replies as shared templates and send them in two taps from the team inbox. Available to all agents on the same number — no copy-pasting from notes.

Lead pull interval reduced from 15 minutes to 5 minutes on all Growth and Pro plans. Faster sync means your team reaches new enquiries before competitors who are still waiting on 15-minute cycles.

Mobile call recordings are now searchable

Search call recordings by lead name, phone number, or date range directly from the mobile app. Managers can pull up any recorded SIM call without scrolling through the full activity timeline.

Facebook Lead Ads — duplicate suppression race condition

Fixed an issue where two webhook deliveries for the same lead within 200 ms could both create records before the deduplication engine ran. Duplicates are now suppressed correctly on first delivery.

SIM call recording

Calls made from field agents' personal SIM cards are now recorded and stored directly in the lead timeline. Managers can replay any call from the web or mobile app without asking the rep to share a recording manually.

Lead deduplication engine

Cratio now auto-detects and merges duplicate leads from portal imports — matching on phone number, email, and name combination. Duplicate merge history is visible in the lead timeline so no data is ever lost.
