How it works
Create a webhook in Cratio
Cratio gives you a webhook URL to receive Google Ads lead form data.
Add webhook delivery to your Lead Form asset
In Google Ads, open your Lead Form asset and paste the Cratio webhook URL under Lead delivery option → Webhook. Google Ads sends a test lead to confirm it's working.
In-ad form submissions become CRM leads
Every time a prospect fills out your Google Lead Form ad, the data is pushed to Cratio instantly — name, email, phone, and any custom questions.
How to set it up
Takes about 5 minutes. No code required.
Create a webhook in Cratio
Go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks. Click + New Webhook, choose Google Ads as the source, and copy the webhook URL.
Log into Google Ads
Sign in at ads.google.com.
Open or create a Lead Form asset
Go to your campaign → Assets → Lead forms. Create a new lead form or open an existing one.
Add webhook delivery
In the lead form settings, scroll to Lead delivery option → Webhook. Paste your Cratio webhook URL. Enter any string for the Google Key field (e.g., your workspace name). Click Send test data.
Map fields in Cratio
Check the webhook logs in Cratio for the test payload and map fields (FULL_NAME, EMAIL, PHONE_NUMBER, etc.) to your CRM fields.
Save and publish
Save the lead form asset and attach it to your campaign.
