How it works
Connect Cratio to Zapier
Use a Cratio workflow to send data to Zapier when CRM events happen — lead created, stage changed, etc. Or use Zapier to push data into Cratio from any connected app.
Choose your trigger and apps
In Zapier's visual Zap builder, set your trigger (from Cratio or another app), then add action steps for each app you want to connect.
Automations run in the background
Once your Zap is live, it runs automatically whenever the trigger fires — no manual intervention needed.

Get your Zapier webhook URL
Log in to Zapier → Create a new Zap → Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook → Copy the Custom Webhook URL.
Create a workflow in Cratio
Go to Settings → CRM → Workflows → + New Workflow.
Set your trigger
Choose the event that starts the automation: Lead Created, Stage Changed, Lead Updated, or Activity Completed.
Add a Send Webhook action
Add an action node → Send Webhook → paste the Zapier URL. Lead data is sent as JSON automatically.
Publish and test
Save and publish the workflow. Create a test lead and verify data arrives in Zapier.

Any unmapped or custom fields are saved to the lead's Notes automatically — no data is lost.
