Get your Cratio webhook URL
Cratio provides a unique webhook URL for JustDial leads.
Add it in JustDial Business Dashboard
Go to Lead Manager → API & Integrations → Add Webhook URL and paste the URL.
Leads arrive in real time
Every new lead generated from your listing — call, message, or quote — is pushed to Cratio immediately.

Copy your webhook URL
In Cratio, go to Settings → Integrations → JustDial. Copy the webhook URL.
Log into JustDial Business Dashboard
Sign in to your JustDial business account.
Add the webhook
Navigate to Lead Manager → API & Integrations → Add Webhook URL. Paste the URL and enable Lead Push.
Verify
Test with a sample enquiry and confirm the lead appears in Cratio.
Fields synced
How JustDial fields map to your Cratio CRM fields.
Any unmapped or custom fields are saved to the lead's Notes automatically — no data is lost.
