How it works
Find your TradeIndia API key
In your TradeIndia Seller Dashboard, go to My TradeIndia → Lead Manager → API Settings. Copy the integration key. Contact your account manager if API Settings isn't visible.
Connect in Cratio
Paste the API key and run a test connection to confirm your account is linked and enquiries are accessible.
Enquiries sync automatically
On your chosen schedule, Cratio pulls new enquiries and creates CRM leads. Phone and email duplicates are skipped automatically.
How to set it up
Takes about 5 minutes. No code required.
Log into TradeIndia
Go to seller.tradeindia.com and sign in to your seller account.
Copy your API key
Navigate to My TradeIndia → Lead Manager → API Settings. Copy the API Key or Integration Key. Contact your account manager if API Settings isn't visible.
Connect in Cratio
In Cratio, go to Settings → Integrations → TradeIndia. Paste the key and click Test Connection.
Set pull frequency
Choose your sync interval. Every 15 minutes is recommended for most accounts.
Activate
Set default assignment, status, source, and tags. Click Save & Connect. The first sync runs immediately.
Fields synced
How TradeIndia fields map to your Cratio CRM fields.
Any unmapped or custom fields are saved to the lead's Notes automatically — no data is lost.
